Workshop Focus standards:

Standard
1.3.4 Exhibit and share current skills in the use of ICT in the classroom to meet syllabus outcomes in the following: operational skills, Information technology skills, software evaluation skills, effective use of the internet, pedagogical skills for classroom management.
Suggestion
Make a short movie of a skill you wish to share or showcase using screen capture software such as the free program Jing upload your movie to teachertube or to your school intranet (eg: moodle).

Assist colleagues to create, select and use a repertoire of teaching strategies and resources including ICT and other technologies to make content meaningful to individuals or groups of students.
Suggestion

Delicious can be used to store your internet bookmarks online as well as to share them with your colleagues and wider professional community.
Make a short movie of a skill you wish to teach to a student or students using screen capture software such as the free program Jing
(Don't forget that your IWB (if you have one) probably has a screen recorder built into it. Using this to capture the screen is advantageous
as you can use a free flowing pen motion as opposed to trying to draw with a mouse.)

Suggestion
Use social networking sites such as Twitter, Plurkor Edmodo to send messages about what you are doing and seek advice from colleagues.
